做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
