做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
