做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
