做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
