做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
