做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
