做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
