做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
