做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
