做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
