做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
