做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
