做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
