做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
