做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
