做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
