做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
