做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
