做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
