做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
