做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
