做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
