做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
