做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
