做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
