做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
