做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
