做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
