做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
