做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
