做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
