做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
