做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
