做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
