做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
