做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
