做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
