做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
