做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
