做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
