做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
