做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
