做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
