做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
