做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
