做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
