做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
