做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。
