做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
