做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
